Infants to 6 years old Baptism

*All baptisms occur once a month in a group setting.

Requirements to have your child baptized at St. Patrick:

Steps for having your child baptized:

1. Family of the child to be baptized must be a registered family at St. Patrick's. Register HERE
2. Complete the Baptism Registration form (see forms to the right) to begin the process. This lets us know that you are interested in having your child baptized here at St. Patrick.
3. Parents and sponsors must attend a baptismal preparation class. Please email Luisa at ffadmin@stpatrickhutto.org to register for the class.

*If the parents/godparents have already attended a class, please provide proof of attendance.

1. We will need the following (all forms are downloadable under Baptism documents on the right side of this page): 
2. parish registration, if not already completed 
3. original copy of your child's birth certificate 
4. completed baptismal application
5. completed sponsor covenant form(s) (Godparent Sponsor Form)
6. copy of the Certificate of Completion of a Baptism class (if previously competed)
7. Parents must attend a meeting with one of the St. Patrick clergy to discuss the family’s faith history and vision for their child’s faith formation.
8. Baptisms can only be scheduled when all requirements have been met at least 14 calendar days prior to expected baptismal date.
