Opening Prayer
Review last week’s minutes.
Food/Drink - Gracie provided update from Hank about obtaining a liquor license. She will work with Hank and Kris Coronado to obtain our license. She did not obtain information about obtaining security guards for the night of the event.
Mini Raffle Updates - Opening weekend was very successful. We are hoping for continued success.
Donated Items Updates - We have received several donated items but are still in need.
Day of Setup Timeline -
Auction Setup - Olivia will check with Diane next week. It was suggested that we break up the items into 3 separate sections (i.e., section A, B, C) and include this Section in the identification system. (For example, A-L#, B-L#, C-L# would identifying the Live Auction items that will be in the various sections, with Section A being auctioned off after game 4, Section B after game 8, and Section C after game 9.)
Packet checklist - Catalog may have to wait until day of to be created so it might not be in the packets.
Rules - We will modify the Rules used for the 08/10/18 Bingo Game to reflect the specifics for the 10/12/2018 Game. It was suggested that we announce the closing of all Section A items after game 3 and give everyone 5 minutes to make any last minute bids. Live Auction items will be Auctioned at the front of the Church, while silent auction and bucket raffle winners will be projected. (This means that the individual working the Bingo game will only be able to record the silent auction and bucket raffle winners, and someone else will need to record the live auction winners.)
We will need Volunteers for - We need someone to run the projector on the night of the event. Jill suggested Pamela or Todd. It was also suggested to put an add in the bulletin; need to include “must be over 21yrs or older.”
