Reverse Raffle Meeting

Opening Prayer
Ticket Sales – 11 Tickets sold today. As of today we have sold 136.
Church Hall visit summary - Time Table for Setup - Diane Parker had layout for day of setup.
-Bruce will call St. Elizabeth to get a complete table count. Just in case we need to bring any of our own from St. Patrick.
-Bruce will also make sure that the St. Elizabeth Priests are invited to the event.
-Brenda Seidenberger will by snacks for tables.
Time table for day of -
Arrive at 8am. Start setting up tables according to Diane’s layout. After setup is complete, break into 2 teams. One will decorate and the other will begin bringing items from the Rectory to the Hall. (Steve Parker will pick up TV from Hank’s House to the Hall.) We hope to be done setting up by noon. Everyone who is helping with the event should plan to arrive at 5pm. Please come in through kitchen door in the back of the hall. Doors open at 6pm.
Knights will begin cooking in the morning at St. Patrick and then move stuff over. They will begin cooking the Fettucine onsite at the Hall around 3:30pm.
Brenda Seidenberger will take lead on Dessert coordination - everyone will bring Desserts as they arrive.
Lena will bring index cards. Any announcements that Bobby has to make must be written clearly on the index cards.
Food and Beverages– Bobby Maples is the Lead
Cups for Alcohol Package
Cups will arrive around Oct 2-4
Have wristbands been ordered? Bobby will order writstbands.
We will have to purchase a liquor license - due to changes in the law as of 09/01/2017.
We voted to allow low cost wine to be included in the free beer, water, and soda. Higher priced wine and hard liquor will still require a wristband/cup.
Need Fruit Salad and Desserts donated.
Donations Updates – Janice Swope is the Lead
Mini Raffle workers - Sat 09/30/17, Sun 10/01/17, Sat 10/07/17, Sun 10/08/17. Bruce will be at all Masses both week’s with credit card swiper.
Brenda will bring down buckets from Attic and anything else we might need for Reverse Raffle.
Bobby will bring Bluetooth headset.
Bruce will bring Kathy’s Artwork
Hank has tickets and will add items to paypal for those wanting to purchase using a card.
Workers:
Sunday Morning both Masses - Shirley
Sat/Sun 5pm Masses both weeks - Linda
The Parkers can help at the 5pm Sunday Masses as well.
Dinner at the rectory Date and time confirmation - We will meet at the Church on Sunday October 8th at 2pm. We will bring any donations that we have with us and pick up what is at the church. We will then take everything over to the rectory. We will decide which items will be Live Auction and which will be bucket raffle items. We will also begin to catalog the Live Auction items - we should try to keep the Live Auction items to around 60 items.

Bruce and Lena will be runners for bid sheets.
Several Dinner item donations are on the menu for the Reverse Raffle, including:
Cindy R who offered to cook dinner for 10 at her home with Father Adrian.
Dinner for 10 cooked by Fr Adrian at the Rectory
A Night with the Knights - Dinner for 20.
Ticket Bucket Raffle – Still need Lead - potentially $1 per ticket and $20 for arms length.
50/50 – Linda Goldsmith is lead
We will have the 50/50 game while everyone is eating and close it before the Live Auction begins.
Next Meeting - October 1st after 10am Mass.
